* We accept PAYPAL, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks are held 10 business days for clearance.
* As soon as your payment clears, your order is processed, and usually ships within 7-10 business days. Many Black Hills Gold items are made to order, and are cast and created when your order is placed.
* You will be notified in the even of a delay in shipping or if an item is out of stock. You will then have the option of waiting for the item to ship, substituting an item of equal value, or a full refund.
* All orders are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation through the USPS or UPS.
* Shipping discount: We do offer a shipping discount for those who purchase more than one item.

* We have a 10 day return policy from the time you receive your shipment. Please contact us within 3 days for a Return Authorization if you plan on returning an item. If you do not follow this procedure, your return will not be accepted. All returned items MUST be in original new condition. Any returned items not in original new condition, or showing signs of wear will not be accepted, and will be returned to you. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned jewelry unless the wrong item was shipped. Shipping, insurance, and return shipping charges are not refundable unless the wrong item was originally shipped. All items not received with 10 days will be returned to you.
*GUARANTEE: All Black Hills Gold Jewelry has a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and excessive use is not covered.
