Do you offer insurance on your jewelry?
ALL jewelry is insured! The shipping prices include insurance and delivery confirmation for Black Hills Gold. Shipping will be by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. All other jewelry is shipped by First Class Mail with insurance to US addresses unless stated otherwise.

Are rings available in half-sizes?
Yes for Black Hills Gold Rings! Women's rings are available in half sizes from 4-9; Men's rings are available in half sizes in 9-12. Remember to e-mail us with your ring size after your purchase! Other rings are sized as stated in the description.

At this time we ship all jewelry by USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping prices.

How is the best way to clean Black Hills Gold Jewelry?

What is the carat weight of the gemstones?
We only give the carat weight of the diamonds in Black Hills Gold Jewelry. Measurements of the gemstones are given in each description. There are conversion charts for determining the carat weight of the gemstones available. We will be happy to estimate the carat weight of the gemstones for you. What is your return policy?
We have a 10 day return policy from the day you receive your jewelry. If you want to return your purchase you MUST contact us within 3 days for a Return Authorization, and then make sure your return reaches us within 10 days from your receipt of your jewelry. All items returned without a Return Authorization, or not received with the 10 day return period are not eligible for a refund, and will be returned to you. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned jewelry, unless the wrong item was sent, or the item is defective. Your return MUST include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
As soon as your payment clears, your order is processed. Orders are usually shipped in 7-10 business days after payment clears. Many Black Hills Gold items are made to order, thus requiring the 7-10 days before shipping.

All Black Hills Gold Jewelry has a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and excessive use is not covered.

Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes! When purchased at the same time, each additional Black Hills Gold item is only $5.00 extra on shipping. When purchasing more than one Sterling Silver Gemstone Jewelry item, shipping is FREE on all additional Sterling Silver Gemstone Jewelry items purchased at the same time! In order to avoid any confusion it would be best to wait for an invoice from us if you are making multiple purchases.
